So that you are better able to judge the benefits of coaching, it is my pleasure to offer an exploratory session absolutely free. In our 1 hour session, we will talk about you, your life, your goals and what you would really love to achieve as a result of coaching. We will find at least one goal that excites and inspires you and look at ways of implementing that into your life. If you decide coaching is not for you, there is no obligation, at the very least we've had 60 minutes together, exploring and talking about your life. It really is that easy.
