Payment:

Fees are payable by cheque, electronic bank transfer or through Paypal - our secure online credit card facility. Payments are made in advance of each session and an invoice and recepit will be issued.

Rescheduling:

24 hour notice is required for the rescheduling or cancellation of a session. Failure to reschedule 24 hours prior to the session incurs cancellation fees.

Agreement:

Both coach and client sign a coaching agreement before sessions commence. This agreement provides specific information of the coaching process and the services that will be delivered by Dynamic Life Coaching.

Satisfaction Guaranteed:

As your satisfaction is very important to me, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the services Dynamic Life Coaching provides or with your results in the first 30 days of coaching, I will refund 100% of your fees.
